Job Summary
Strategic VP of Accounting to oversee all accounting operations, GAAP compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting; serve as a key business partner to the executive team with a path to CFO; develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team; drive financial strategy, identify growth opportunities, and lead M&A, capital planning, and long-term modeling; implement and enhance financial systems and reporting tools to support scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
