Job Summary
As a Senior Product Manager for host-to-host channels within Transaction Banking, you will define and drive the product roadmap for host-to-host digital channel integrations, gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality connectivity solutions for corporate and institutional clients. You will lead data analysis and reporting to monitor channel performance, translate insights into actionable improvements, and ensure exceptional client experiences by optimizing connectivity processes. You will own end-to-end execution of initiatives enabling seamless host-to-host integrations, contributing to the broader Strategy and Value Creation Plan and working across Canada and the US.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong background in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process improvement
- Proven experience in product management, particularly with digital channels or connectivity solutions
