Vice President + Municipal Advisor + Lincoln

Lead business development and serve as the primary relationship contact for clients and districts in the Lincoln market for a municipal advisory firm. Build and maintain relationships with developers, municipalities, bankers, engineers, attorneys, builders, and other industry stakeholders; identify and pursue municipal development and CID opportunities; participate in developer and residential meetings; review development activity, investment opportunities, bond activity, financing strategies, and provide budgeting/feasibility financial analysis alongside internal teams. Represent the organization at networking events and industry functions; operate with autonomy to expand market presence and become the face of the organization in Lincoln. Strong ties to the Lincoln development and real estate community, experience in commercial real estate, banking, land development, municipal finance, or related industry, proven relationship-building and business development success, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
