Vice President, Mid-Corp Relationship Manager for the Industrials segment within Citi Commercial Bank in Hong Kong. Drives revenue growth, cultivates deeper client relationships, strategically acquires new clients, structures innovative solutions with product specialists, and ensures compliance with Know Your Customer and other regulatory requirements. Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen share of wallet, enhances client experience through market updates and insights, manages the client credit relationship and the end-to-end process, and coordinates multi-functional teams to deliver sound banking solutions.
