Job Summary
Vice President, Merchant Experience Product Manager for Lifestyle leads product vision and roadmaps for the card-linked-offers platform and related marketing strategies, balancing governance, regulatory obligations, and security. Drives capabilities across Ad tech for audience segment creation, identity graph, forecasting, catalog, ad decisioning, and reporting, partnering with Data Scientists, Data Owners, and Tech leads to deliver AI/ML-enabled data products. Collaborates with stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, architecture, engineering, and controls; translates requirements into initiatives and user stories for delivery within a highly matrixed environment. Requires strong communication skills to convey strategy to senior leadership and execution teams and deep experience with Agile practices and tools.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in marketing, advertising or technology teams
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study
- Experience in building data products and working with Data Scientists to create and drive AI/ML initiatives
- Subject matter expertise in defining and using ad manager/server technology or other similar technologies
- Ability to translate product requirements into user stories for estimation and delivery
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate product vision and strategy to senior leadership and engineering/delivery teams
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align)
