Responsible for articulating value to younger physicians, shaping membership strategy across lifecycle stages, and collaborating with advocacy, certification, and college accreditation portfolios. Requires exceptional communication, transparency, active listening, and a member-focused approach to sustain and expand the organization’s membership base.
