Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in biological sciences
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in medical affairs leadership roles, demonstrating success in shaping medical strategies
Desired Qualifications
- MD, DO, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in genetics, molecular biology, pathology, or related field, MS in genetic counseling considered
- Deep expertise in clinical genetics, genomic testing, or molecular diagnostics, especially in rare genetic disease
- Strong understanding of clinical validation, evidence generation, and scientific communications
