Job Summary
Vice President, Marketing opportunity leading senior-level, strategic marketing for a B2B organization. Own marketing strategy, planning, and execution; shape brand positioning, market narrative, and message discipline; drive demand generation and campaign strategy aligned to commercial priorities; lead sales enablement, customer-facing materials, and market-facing communications; oversee content, thought leadership, and channel strategy; implement marketing systems, reporting, and performance measurement; provide leadership and accountability within the marketing function; collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer, product, and executive stakeholders to align marketing with revenue generation and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Senior marketing leadership experience in a complex B2B environment
- Marketing leadership at the Director, Senior Director, Head of Marketing, or Vice President level
- Experience building marketing strategy, not just executing someone else’s plan
- Strong command of positioning, messaging, demand generation, and sales enablement
- Experience supporting growth through practical, commercially connected marketing
- Ability to translate complex offerings into clear, credible market language
- Confidence working alongside senior leaders and commercial teams
- Strong judgment, strong writing instincts, and a high standard for quality
- Comfort where structure needs to be built, improved, or refined
- Maturity to lead through change while bringing people with you
