Job Summary
Vice President - Market and Product Expansion for the Commercial Bank role focused on analyzing payment flows for Innovation Economy & Fintech clients, driving market research and competitive intelligence, building business cases and TAM analyses, designing innovative pricing strategies to accelerate revenue, and partnering with sales, CSS, and market readiness teams. Responsibilities include quantifying segment requirements, delivering market-driven product strategies, coordinating cross-functional efforts, communicating market developments to internal stakeholders, and shaping pricing and positioning of solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise supporting Innovation Economy & Fintech clients in Sales or Product
- Extensive experience in treasury services with strong understanding of the Payments ecosystem
- Ability to synthesize quantitative data and qualitative voice-of-customer (VoC) signals into actionable insights
- Demonstrated prior experience influencing cross-functional partners to deliver value at scale
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executive-level leaders
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced analytical skills such as SQL, Python, Sigma, etc.
