Job Summary

Create and lead the US market access strategy for the radiopharmaceutical portfolio aligned with growth objectives and future launches. Develop and execute strategies across commercial and government payer access, reimbursement policy, CMS, and Medicaid. Define the HEOR and value evidence strategy to support payer engagement and provider economics. Oversee development of access tools, economic models, and evidence-based support for payer and provider discussions. Lead field reimbursement and patient service strategy, including education, escalation support, and operational access models. Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Finance leadership to ensure access strategy supports customer onboarding and utilization growth. Shape external market access and policy engagement to influence coverage frameworks and reimbursement policies for the broader GE HealthCare portfolio. Build and lead a high-performing team and scalable operating model to support a rapidly growing business.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced degree in business management, public health, healthcare administration preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in market access, reimbursement, HEOR, health policy, payer strategy and patient services
  • Significant experience in specialty pharma, Radiopharma, molecular imaging, oncology, specialty biopharma or other complex provider-administered healthcare segments
  • Demonstrated expertise in US reimbursement and access, including Medicare/CMS and government payer strategy
  • Experience leading or shaping field reimbursement, provider support, and patient service capabilities
  • Experience leading and shaping external policy, reimbursement trends, guidelines and stakeholder engagement that influence access and coverage
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Experience launching new products or categories
  • Experience supporting buy and bill, outpatient and imaging center site of care
  • Strong knowledge of HEOR and real-world evidence strategies for access strategies
  • Experience engaging with provider organizations, professional societies, policy stakeholders to support favorable market access conditions
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must successfully complete a drug screen
