Job Summary
Lead a range of advisory assignments concurrently, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day execution and delivery of service on complex M&A and capital markets projects. Develop and maintain client relationships, both internal and external, while conducting market research, financial analysis, and identifying potential acquisition targets and investors. Generate new business opportunities within the practice and mentor junior team members to drive growth. This role requires 4-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in capital markets or corporate finance. Compensation ranges from $88,000 to $134,000 annually. The position involves a blended work model with travel when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or related major
- CPA, CFA or CBV designation
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years in capital markets/corporate finance
- Willing and able to travel, when necessary
