Job Summary
Vice President - Managed Investments Enrollment and Client Reporting Product Owner responsible for driving strategic platform initiatives across global markets. Develop business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, document in Epic/Story format (JIRA), lead refinement with technology partners, support UAT and testing, and ensure lifecycle delivery with a client-focused, risk-aware approach. Requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, Agile/Waterfall experience, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and Qliksense is preferred. Role emphasizes governance, regulatory/compliance awareness, and managing complex, multi-team initiatives in wealth/investment management.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or investment organizations
- Experience in project management, management consulting, and change management supporting large-scale business and technology initiatives
- Strong issue resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt to hybrid practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and succinct updates for all organizational levels
- Ability to build relationships and influence colleagues, technical, and functional partners
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information to reach logical conclusions
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize work effectively
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Qliksense
