Job Summary
VP-level lead for the Advisory Managed Account business, overseeing the Lifetime Investment Program on the Pershing platform for PBSI, serving 100,000 client accounts and opening 125+ new accounts per day. Responsible for cashiering, transfer of assets, case management, overlay/trading management, and developing/maintaining policies, procedures, and SLAs aligned with Primerica best practices. Acts as primary liaison with Pershing’s VP/Director-level counterparts and internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, audits, finance, marketing). Drives productivity, process improvement, and change management, collaborates with internal teams to address escalated issues and regulatory inquiries, and ensures service levels with Pershing service teams. Requires strong written/verbal communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and ability to multi-task across projects. Proficiency with Pershing NetX360 and Wove systems preferred; 10+ years in financial services and broker-dealer operations; Series 7 & 24 required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Securities Series 7 & 24 (or equivalent) are required
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry with Broker Dealer related roles and functions
- Operational experience with a general securities introducing broker-dealer
- Proficiency and experience with Pershing's NetX360 and Wove systems
- Formal supervisory responsibilities, including performance management, staffing, employee relations & compensation
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience (including Word, Excel, Access)
