Vice President M&A Advisory

Senior Vice President–level role leading transaction execution across infrastructure and energy-transition mandates, including M&A and capital-raising activities. Focus on leading day-to-day transaction execution, managing financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring; overseeing preparation of marketing materials and information memoranda; coordinating due diligence; negotiating documentation with senior deal leads. Drive client management as a key contact with infrastructure funds, investors, and lenders; contribute to board-level and shareholder presentations; support origination with market analysis and investor dialogue; lead and mentor Associates and Analysts to deliver high-quality analytical output and timely delivery. Requires 5+ years' experience in infrastructure investment banking, advisory, or infrastructure private equity; strong modelling/valuation capability; experience in energy transition, digital infrastructure, transport or utilities; and excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders. ACA/CFA/MBA advantageous but not essential.
