Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficient product movement from global factories to distribution centers, retail, and headquarters. Optimize flows across wholesale, ecommerce, and retail channels by managing third-party logistics partners, negotiating carrier contracts, and developing replenishment models for brick-and-mortar stores. Lead a team of logistics professionals to implement data-driven strategies that minimize costs, improve on-time delivery, and support domestic and international expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management in a multi-channel environment (wholesale / retail / ecommerce)
- Proven track record of strategic leadership and successful management of complex logistics operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of transportation management, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution logistics, including experience with international logistics and import/export processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology tools, such as transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and supply chain visibility platforms
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to logistics and international trade
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
