Job Summary
Vice President within the Alternative Lending team to lead technology programs from inception to closure, partnering with product to support delivery of complex zero-to-one product builds. Responsible for defining project scope, plans, timelines, and managing risks; build consensus with Engineering, Product Managers, designers, and external partners; develop integration plans; remove impediments; and communicate progress to executives. Requires strong program management discipline, Jira/Agile delivery experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, curious leadership style.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of (technical) project management experience
- Active project management certification (PMP, PMP-ACP, PgMP, etc)
- Solid understanding of SDLC
- Hands-on experience leading projects using Jira for Agile delivery management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical, cross-functional groups
- Exposure to project-focused executive-level Steering Committee meetings
- An ability to distill complex issues into solvable and actionable tasks
- A passion for pushing boundaries and questioning the status quo
