Job Summary
Product Owner for Workflow & Reporting Solutions shapes end-to-end delivery from requirements to UAT, owning the backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with technology teams and SMEs to translate business needs into defined deliverables and release plans. Responsible for data-driven workflow improvements, planning sessions, defect management, test strategy, and comprehensive documentation, including data lineage and training materials; supports adoption through enablement and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView/Qlik Sense), data-midelity concepts, and an understanding of AI/GenAI impacts on workflows. Strong storytelling and stakeholder influence across remote and cross-functional teams are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst delivering workflow and/or reporting solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to write and refine user stories with strong, testable acceptance criteria.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis, including scoping deliverables and defining success measures.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority over resources.
- Experience prioritizing backlogs, managing dependencies, and balancing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Hands-on experience supporting testing and UAT, including defect management and release readiness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including creating compelling PowerPoint materials for varied audiences.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation discipline.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams across levels and functions.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving capability to evaluate options and recommend data-driven solutions.
