Job Summary
VP, Learning & Development responsible for building and scaling enterprise learning, team development, and franchise onboarding across corporate and franchise audiences. Directly manages two Directors and their teams, developing scalable frameworks, governing onboarding from signing to studio launch, and driving measurable business outcomes. Owns LMS and analytics, partners with HR and executive leadership to support succession planning, leadership bench strength, and high-performance culture; leads cross-functional initiatives to ensure studio readiness, leadership development, and ROI across a multi-brand franchise platform; collaborates on modernization and automation of learning infrastructure; typical in-office schedule with Fridays remote in Irvine, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, or Organizational Development
- 3+ years in Franchising leading senior teams and managers in a scaled, multi-team environment
- Experience leading enterprise learning strategy across complex organizations
- Proven experience building and scaling leadership development programs
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite and Board levels
- Experience managing large, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-growth environments
- Systems thinker who can scale processes and teams
- Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management
