Job Summary
Vice President of Learning & Development aligns the enterprise-wide strategy with business priorities to enable transformation and long-term capability. Architects scalable, future-oriented learning frameworks grounded in enterprise skills intelligence, accelerates workforce readiness across critical roles, and leads multiple high-performing teams to design and deliver data-informed programs that drive measurable performance impact and improve the employee experience. Responsible for establishing measures of learning effectiveness and ROI, guiding investments, embedding AI-enabled and technology-driven models to increase personalization, and ensuring leadership development and enterprise capability across frontline to senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, talent, or organizational capability roles within large, complex organizations
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale learning strategies tied to business transformation and performance outcomes
- Experience driving digital and modern learning ecosystems, including data-driven decision-making and measurement
- Proven ability to lead senior teams, influence executives, and partner effectively across HR and business functions
- Executive presence with ability to influence across a matrixed organization
- Understanding of operating principles and customer-centric mindset
- Commitment to inclusion and diverse workforce practices
