Job Summary
Partner with product owners to understand requirements, decompose work, and prioritize software deliverables. Implement engineering methodologies and practices for information security, data privacy, code maintainability, and reliability. Collaborate with senior leaders on progress reporting, escalation, and conflict management while conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to squad members. Research new technologies and development tools to maintain industry pace. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and banking domains. Telecommuting is permitted up to two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study
- five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Programmer Analyst, Applications Developer, Software Engineer, or a closely related occupation
- five (5) years of experience with the following skills: Java, Junit, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
- five (5) years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- five (5) years of experience with REST Services
- five (5) years of experience with OAuth2
- five (5) years of experience with AngularJS
- five (5) years of experience with Redis
- five (5) years of experience with IBM DB2
- five (5) years of experience with Cloud technologies including AWS Cloud, and Private Cloud
- five (5) years of experience with microservices architecture
- five (5) years of experience with Banking and Financial domain
- Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week
