Job Summary
Develop enterprise applications for the Finance division by renovating and automating business processes for balance sheet production and regulatory reporting. Maintain the technology platform enabling the collection and reporting of capital and liquidity ratios, while building and maintaining proprietary applications that handle large data volumes and complex financial calculations. Implement agile principles for the SDLC and work with web front-end, Java server-side, and database technologies, including adopting cloud-based solutions and integrating Snowflake Cortex for AI initiatives. Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study
- five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Principal Consultant, Manager, Software Engineer, or a closely related occupation
- five (5) years of experience with the following skills: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Datawarehousing concepts and tools; Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines; DevOps; Jenkins; Microsoft SQL Server; Autosys; Data Analysis, Data Modelling, and Business Analysis; and Agile Methodologies
- three (3) years of experience with the following skills: Teradata and Snowflake; Scala and Python; Tableau; Financial Accounting; and System Reliability Engineering
- Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week
