Job Summary
Vice President, Investor Relations for 50 South Capital supporting investor relations and fundraising with emphasis on the wealth channel. Primary liaison for financial advisors and high net worth clients; build and maintain advisor relationships, drive capital raising across the platform, and contribute to firm-wide investor communications, product positioning, and client education. Roles include creating investor materials, translating complex strategies into advisor-friendly messaging, coordinating with investment, operations, and product teams, and supporting product launches and go-to-market efforts. Travel is expected; collaboration across Investment, Product, Operations, and sales teams to ensure consistent client communications and content. Strong experience in investor relations, private markets, and wealth/intermediary channels; readiness to travel and manage multiple priorities.
Desired Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in investor relations, alternatives sales, or private markets fundraising
- Strong understanding of the Alternatives market, particularly private markets (private equity, credit, secondaries)
- Experience working with or covering wealth / intermediary channels
- Willingness to travel and build relationships in person
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate across multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Hands-on approach to supporting all Investor Relations content and support
