Vice President, Investor Relations

Job Summary
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing limited partners and institutional investors by serving as the primary day-to-day contact for inquiries, coordinating meetings, and tracking pipeline activity. Support fundraising and capital-raising initiatives by building pitch decks, preparing data rooms, responding to DDQs, and drafting end-to-end RFPs. Produce and distribute regular investor reporting including quarterly letters, performance reports, and capital account statements while maintaining the investor material library and CRM systems. Collaborate closely with portfolio management, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and assist with new investor onboarding and subscription processes. This mid-level role within Fiera Capital's Real Estate Private Debt business requires 7-10+ years of experience in investor relations or client service within asset management or private markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, client service, or a related role within asset management, private equity, private credit, real estate, or hedge funds
- Familiarity with private credit and/ or real estate debt terminology
- Strong understanding of institutional investor decision-making processes, LP reporting standards, and private markets structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, eVestment), Microsoft Office
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with sophisticated institutional investors
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Working English proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., marketing rules, advertising restrictions) is a plus
