Job Summary
Strategic, VP-level role leading Omada Health's investor relations and capital markets program as a public company. Responsibilities include owning and evolving the equity story and valuation narrative, serving as a primary external representative to investors and analysts, building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective shareholders, leading investor targeting and sourcing, understanding how buy-side/sell-side models work, translating complex business dynamics into a clear investment thesis, owning the end-to-end quarterly earnings process (messages, scripts, shareholder letters, Q&A, materials, and conference/webcast coordination), and collaborating with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to ensure disclosure discipline and consistent messaging across earnings materials and external communications.
