Job Summary
Vice President of Investments responsible for guiding and managing our real estate investment initiatives, overseeing acquisitions/dispositions, and delivering decision-ready analytical insights. Build and refine financial models (WACC, NPV, IRR, ROI), lead due diligence coordination, manage P&L through closing, and provide succinct, executive-level analyses and presentations to support strategic decisions. Collaborate across teams to optimize asset and development opportunities, tracking projects, contacts, and information to maximize value and drive growth within our data-center and asset-management portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Mathematics or equivalent professional experience
- 15+ years of working experience in a collaborative financial environment (banking, real estate, etc.)
- Solid proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience creating financial models using WACC, NPV, IRR and ROI
