Job Summary
Lead strategic marketing for fixed income, equity, and multi-asset investments within J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management. Partner with investments product teams and marketing leadership to build and implement strategic marketing plans that promote engagement and adoption among client segments and prospects. Drive client-facing narratives, execute campaigns to promote measurable platform flows, and create content programs, websites, and marketing deliverables to ensure commercial success. Deliver compelling content to enhance positioning and consistency of global initiatives, and innovate using LLM and AI tools to improve efficiency. Develop content, collateral, and processes that align global positioning and support digital-channel utilization. Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and channels to advance marketing impact and digital adoption.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- 8+ years of marketing experience in financial services
- Knowledge of financial services
- Strong writing/editorial skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
- Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
