Job Summary
VP Investment Banking at TD Securities provides professional level of expertise as part of a client team, liaises with clients at various levels, and helps execute transactions. Responsibilities include developing transaction ideas, discussing context with senior coverage teams, driving revenue across product areas, structuring and delivering high-impact presentations, maintaining client relationships, and keeping senior officers informed as deals progress. The role also involves directing and developing team members, ensuring confidentiality of client information, and contributing knowledge of relevant markets, industries, and products to transactions and deal structures. Requires an undergraduate degree, relevant Series 7/79/63 licenses, and 5-7 years of related experience; travel is occasional.
