Job Summary

Lead the editorial strategy and day-to-day management of the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management intranet (used by 10,000+ employees) and serve as the primary communicator for the CEO, crafting newsletters and internal notes that reflect the voice and messaging. Responsibilities include developing an ongoing editorial calendar, sourcing and developing story ideas across business channels, writing and editing the CEO's newsletters, partnering with multimedia/social/firmwide teams to amplify stories, creating content plans for major initiatives, and developing metrics to demonstrate impact. Requires exceptional writing and editing skills, teamwork, and the ability to translate complex financial services topics for a broad audience.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in writing-intensive communications/journalism/editorial role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to ghostwrite for senior executives with strong voice and tone
