Job Summary
Lead post-acquisition integration and design system-wide EMR and platform initiatives across the MSO, coordinating cross-functional workstreams in Operations, IT, Revenue Cycle, and Optical to ensure consistent adoption of standards. Partner directly with Practice Managers and Physicians to drive practice-level execution, troubleshoot challenges on-site, and accelerate workflow adoption while protecting revenue integrity. Own end-to-end execution from LOI through 120+ days post-close, evaluating targets for scalability and informing deal structure, then hold field and MSO teams accountable for milestones, KPIs, and synergy realization. Track integration progress, manage change, and refine the integration playbook to reduce time-to-value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field)
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, integration, or enterprise transformation
- 7+ years in senior leadership roles within a multi-site healthcare MSO, platform, or PE-backed environment
- Direct, hands-on experience and ownership of post-acquisition integration for multiple transactions (from LOI through 120+ days post-close)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across: Operations, Revenue Cycle / Billing, IT / EMR conversions, HR & compensation alignment, Clinical or provider-based workflows
- History of delivering measurable EBITDA expansion and synergy realization in high-growth or roll-up environments
- Prior partnership with PE operating partners or portfolio oversight roles
- Experience scaling a platform from mid-market to enterprise through multiple acquisitions
- Required to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Ongoing executive experience in healthcare strategy, integration, or private equity operations preferred
- Master's degree is strongly preferred (MBA, MHA, or equivalent)
- Experience in optometry (preferred)
- Experience in optical (preferred)
- Experience in ophthalmology (preferred)
- Experience in dermatology, dental, or other provider-led MSOs
