Job Summary
Senior client-leadership role directing integrated client strategy and translating business objectives into coherent marketing/media approaches. Leads cross-functional teams (Media, Investment, Data & Insights, Technology, Activation) to drive measurable business outcomes, growth, and long-term client value while strengthening executive relationships and supporting new business. Hybrid in-office Chicago-based position; no relocation offered.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in media, marketing, consulting, or related fields with significant leadership experience at the VP level
- Media agency experience required
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into marketing/media approaches
- Deep fluency in digital media, data & analytics, marketing technology (Mar Tech), advertising technology (AdTech), and measurement frameworks
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex topics for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization; strong commercial acumen
