Job Summary
Govern, oversee risk, and manage operational effectiveness for technology solutions supporting Transfer Agency operations. Lead executive oversight of vendors and outsourcing partners to ensure regulatory compliance, service delivery, and adherence to security requirements. Establish and maintain governance frameworks for conversions, business integrations, and acquisitions, partnering with cross-functional teams to migrate data and processes. Act as the technology representative for regulatory examinations, audits, and control reviews, driving remediation of audit findings. Develop the technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities while leading high-performing teams and delivering strategic insights to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience within financial services
- significant experience supporting Transfer Agency, fund administration, investor servicing, wealth management, or related operations
- 10+ years supporting Transfer Agency, fund administration, wealth management, or investor servicing operations
- Degree in IT or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Significant experience overseeing third-party technology vendors and outsourced service providers
- Demonstrated experience designing and operating governance, risk, and control frameworks
- Experience managing regulatory examinations, audits, SOC reporting, and compliance requirements
- Experience leading technology workstreams for acquisitions, conversions, and business integrations
