Job Summary
Own and oversee the internal business application ecosystem, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business operations. Lead rollouts of new internal applications and major system enhancements across departments, applying sound SDLC practices and delivery frameworks to integrations and vendor-led implementations. Oversee core technology operations, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, network operations, collaboration tools, monitoring, and incident management. Head the internal security function, managing policies, controls, access management, risk management, and incident readiness. Establish practical technology roadmaps, governance processes, and prioritization models while managing vendors, budgets, and support contracts. Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology investments with business objectives. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and supports acquisitions through due diligence and integration planning.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in IT, technology operations, business systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application delivery, or related areas
- 8+ years in senior technology leadership roles
- Experience owning enterprise business applications, internal systems, infrastructure, end-user support, and technology operations
- Demonstrated success leading internal application implementations, platform rollouts, business systems transformations, or vendor-led technology projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC, application delivery best practices, implementation frameworks, integrations, testing, release management, and production support
- Cybersecurity leadership experience, including security controls, access management, risk management, compliance, incident response, vendor oversight, and executive reporting
- Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, licensing, renewals, implementation partners, and support contracts
- Bachelor's degree required
