Job Summary
The Vice President of Information & Technology leads the organization’s tech strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving innovation, and overseeing IT systems and budgets. Requires a Master's degree preferred, 7+ years in IT leadership, and Epic systems experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 3 years in a senior management or executive role
- Experience with Epic systems required, including implementation, integration, optimization, and ongoing management of clinical and business applications
- Proven expertise in IT strategic planning, infrastructure management, application development, and cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, projects, and vendor relationships
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of Epic Community Connect models is a plus
- Experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), or in healthcare
