Job Summary
Lead global financial reporting across IFRS and GAAP, oversee annual reports and investor communications, manage audit processes with external and internal teams, advise senior management on financial risks and mitigation, ensure Basel III compliance, drive improvements in reporting systems and processes, and integrate ESG disclosures into financial statements.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent work experience equally preferable
- Certifications: CPA, CA or regional equivalent (required)
- Experience in financial reporting or control, with leadership experience in large financial organizations
- Expertise in IFRS, GAAP, Basel III, and jurisdictional standards (e.g., MiFID II)
- Proficiency with consolidation systems (e.g., Oracle FSA or SAP S/4HANA)
- Experience in risk management and financial compliance
- Oversight of audit readiness and SOX documentation
