Job Summary
Vice President of Human Resources to lead and execute the HR strategy across 47 hotels in 18 states; responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, benefits, performance management, compensation, and leadership development; will oversee four Regional HR Managers and lead executive-level recruitment for General Managers and hotel leadership roles; requires strategic leadership, knowledge of employment laws, and ability to align people strategies with business objectives; based in Walnut Creek, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of seven years of progressive human resources management experience
- Experience in multi-unit or hospitality leadership
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and supporting executive-level decision-making
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
