Job Summary
Lead HR strategy for North America across manufacturing sites and support centers, partnering with Global HR to align policies, programs, and performance management with business goals; drive talent acquisition, succession planning, engagement and retention; oversee compensation design, total rewards, and regulatory compliance; develop and mentor regional HR leaders; implement innovative HR service delivery and policy improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; ensure alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience at senior/executive level
- Experience supporting a business of at least $800 million in a multi-plant manufacturing environment
- Experience in food or consumer goods manufacturing, marketing and distribution
- Demonstrated success leading directors and senior managers in a complex matrixed environment
- Broad knowledge and experience in compensation design and implementation, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, organizational and leadership development, change management, labor relations, payroll, benefits, learning and development
- Experience with strategic planning, organizational development, and corporate communications
- Experience working with multiple divisions
- Preferred: Master’s degree in HR, Business or related field; SHRM SCP, SPHR; International HR experience
