Vice President – Human Resources

Lead the HR organization's strategic planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations initiatives to drive organizational growth. Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, labor relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Manage the annual budget for HR operations and report directly to the CEO on human capital metrics and workforce planning. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
