Job Summary
Executive-level role leading firmwide HR strategy initiatives and partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement workforce solutions. Owns projects such as workforce planning, future-state HR operating model design, HR technology and vendor evaluations, organizational design optimization, and total rewards/employee experience strategy. Uses people data and workforce analytics to assess opportunities, develop recommendations, and drive implementation, delivering executive-ready materials and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include managing initiatives identified by senior leaders, applying structured problem-solving and design thinking to HR priorities, presenting data-driven findings, researching industry trends, and coaching junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Diverse problem-solving experience from either a premier management consulting firm, an internal HR Strategy or Corporate Strategy group, or a human capital advisory practice with at least 1+ years of management experience
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to apply quantitative approaches to problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation development and delivery skills
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
