Job Summary
Lead enterprise health services operations as a senior executive, guiding strategic and tactical planning for Health Services programs and services, aligning Health Services with enterprise goals. Directly support Medical, HIV, and operational leaders in developing and executing operational plans to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, and collaborate with the COO/CMO in delivering care through MSOs, Health Plans, and external partners to achieve organizational outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing (RN), Social Work, Health Administration, or a related field required
- Healthcare Leadership Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration or a closely related healthcare setting
- At least 5 years in an enterprise-wide or functional leadership role with direct responsibility for strategic decision-making
- Operational and Management Expertise in healthcare environment
