Vice President, Head of Product

Vice President, Head of Product at Koalafi leads the Product organization (Product Management and Product Design), shaping the long-term product strategy and multi-year roadmap, partnering with CPTO and executive leadership to drive growth while balancing risk, compliance, and portfolio performance. Responsibilities include elevating product thinking, driving customer- and analytics-led decisions, collaborating with Risk, Data Science, and Compliance on go-to-market guardrails, building cross-functional leadership across Product and Design, and guiding experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) with KPIs tied to revenue, margins, and risk-adjusted returns. The role requires executive leadership, strong communication with the board and investors, and a focus on AI-enabled innovation and scalable, compliant growth.
