Vice President - Head of India Transaction Monitoring (Quality, Training & SMEs)

Lead and manage India Transaction Monitoring quality, training and SMEs; develop and implement TM procedures, risk controls, and KPIs to monitor security, compliance and performance. Drive collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, oversee coaching and development of professionals, manage KPIs and SLAs, ensure regulatory requirements and internal policies are met, and foster a culture that emphasizes risk awareness, process improvement, and effective communication across banking operations. The role entails guiding a team of specialists, influencing cross-functional partners, and leading initiatives to strengthen transaction monitoring and financial crime controls in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
