Job Summary
VP of Human Resources provides overall guidance on workforce planning, analytics, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management; ensures compliance with federal/state labor laws; administers payroll and related reporting; leads HR policy design, employee engagement, and organizational development; manages HR budget and supervises HR team; partners with legal and executives on HR trends and regulatory adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- PHR or SPHR a plus
- MBA in HR a plus
- 10+ years HR experience
- 3+ years in director/senior manager/leadership role in large organization
- strong knowledge of state and federal employment law
- HRIS implementation experience preferred
- bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
