Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Group Benefits, insurance, or adjacent regulated industries
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‐functional initiatives
- Proven track record leading complex, multi‐year Agile delivery efforts
- Deep understanding of group benefits and end-to-end operating models
- Experience building multi‐year transformation strategies
Desired Qualifications
- High technical fluency in platforms, automation, data
- Experience with AI and automation
- Understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and DevOps
