Job Summary
Vice President, Growth role responsible for owning the full sales cycle with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Strategic clients; delivering product demonstrations to generate new revenue; coaching and closing high-value deals while developing a scalable, repeatable sales strategy; collaborating with Marketing and Account Management to optimize materials and identify upsell opportunities; requires 6+ years B2B sales with 2+ years in leadership, travel for meetings/events, and in-office presence at Chicago office. Compensation includes base $110k-$115k with OTE around $300k, comprehensive benefits, and unlimited PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales
- at least two years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success selling to commercial real estate decision makers (asset managers and brokers)
- Experience closing and retaining complex enterprise deals
- Strong leadership skills with mentorship and coaching
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
- 5 days per week in-office at a RealtyAds Office
