Job Summary
Vice President, Growth Marketing – Merchant Services lead SMB acquisition marketing strategy across channels, act as a hands-on builder and player-coach, and drive performance marketing, partner marketing, and digital presence. Own the US SMB acquisition marketing strategy, guide website content and SEO/GEO, optimize funnel conversion, scale partner/referral programs, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to inform growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth, acquisition and/or performance marketing with increasing scope
- Direct management experience
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing
- Track record of accountability for marketing acquisition outcomes (e.g., leads, accounts) and hitting goals
- Strong understanding of modern approaches to website marketing (e.g., SEO/GEO, UX/UI, conversion optimization, testing)
- Performance marketing and paid media (e.g., Paid Search, Affiliate, Programmatic, Paid Social)
- Builder leader mindset: comfortable charting new paths and operating in whitespace while rolling up sleeves to dive into the details or help your team execute
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly and succinctly articulate complex information to a broad audience and a track record of influencing across stakeholder groups
