Vice President, Governance & Third Party Oversight Lead

Job Summary
Lead governance and operational oversight for Chase Card Payment Networks within the Card Payment Networks Team. Drive control development, lifecycle management of waivers/opt-ins/opt-outs, oversight of contracts/SOWs, and maintenance of internal controls to ensure compliance with network requirements and policies. Manage access to network portals, governance of Network IDs/Business IDs/BINs, and support audits, scorecard reviews, and performance reporting. Collaborate across business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while advancing governance, risk management, and regulatory adherence across payment network relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in financial services, audit, control, third-party risk, risk governance oversight, project or program management, or compliance/legal oversight with a payments network
- Advanced knowledge of control design, evaluation, and operational risk frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Deep understanding of card network economics, business models, and the acquiring and issuing landscape
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, or early-stage environment
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
