Job Summary
Lead the LATAM Professional Services operating unit to design, develop, and deliver a portfolio of services, driving utilization, bookings, and revenue while aligning with regional market needs and regulations. Attract and coach top talent, build a high-performing team, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to operationalize service delivery across sub-segments. Develop industry and region-specific offerings, launch pilots, and translate customer insights into scalable, profitable service offers. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, influence across organizations, and manage the operating unit’s financial commitments to achieve growth and value for Salesforce clients in Latin America.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in a professional services leadership position with direct P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of quota attainment and delivering results in bookings, revenue, and margin
- Experience leading transformational projects to deliver customer outcomes through technology
- Located geographically within Latin America region
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- MBA and/or technical discipline backgrounds; Product/Program Management certifications are a plus
