Job Summary
Lead the management team across all functional areas and revenue streams globally, including Rentals, Pumps, Units, and Parts/Tools/Accessories. Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans covering new product development, P&L elements, capital spending, and cash flow while overseeing Compliance, Quality Systems, and manufacturing standards. Serve as the champion of Lean Enterprise and 80/20 initiatives, manage supply base integration strategies, and act as a public spokesperson for customers, dealers, and shareholders. Directly participate in investor relations, facilitate plant tours, and lead monthly all-employee meetings to ensure organizational alignment. Travel up to 20% to spend time with customers and direct sales teams in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years of experience in the areas of Operations, Product Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Materials, Quality Systems and Human Resources in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in managing multiple levels of customer relationships in a dealer environment
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing and Information Technology
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate sound interpretation of financial documentation and associated analysis
- Experience in manufacturing planning and sales cyclicality
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred or, direct experience managing a manufacturing plant may be considered in lieu of MBA
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment Systems (hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, engines, etc.)
