Vice President, Global Learning & Talent Development

Job Summary
The Vice President, Global Learning & Talent Development will define and deliver the company’s global learning and talent agenda while leading change management initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a cohesive enterprise-wide Learning & Talent Development strategy, partnering with HR and business leaders to address capability gaps, and overseeing the management of learning providers. The role requires strong leadership in talent processes, driving performance management and succession planning, as well as implementing change management strategies for major initiatives. Candidates should have extensive HR experience, senior stakeholder engagement skills, and fluency in Cantonese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology/Organizational Development or related field
- 15+ years of global HR experience with a strong, demonstrable track record in learning & development, talent management and organizational development within multi-national organizations
- Proven experience leading large-scale change programs
- Strong people leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams and operating in a COE/matrixed environment
- Senior stakeholder credibility with excellent influencing, communication and executive coaching skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)

- Advanced degree or professional qualifications advantageous
- Experience applying AI/GenAI, learning technologies or talent analytics to enhance learning and talent outcomes
