Job Summary
Project management of cross-border M&A and ECM transactions, advising clients during both in-house and onsite deals, and preparing cross-product client pitches in collaboration with global product experts. Assess business valuations, develop DCF and LBO models, and keep abreast of global industry developments, M&A, equity, and debt issues. Coordinate and mentor junior team members while maintaining fluent German and English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of professional experience in M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance in an investment bank, corporate finance or consulting firm
- Strong modelling and analytical skills, ability to handle valuation reports using all relevant methodologies
- Ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues
- Fluent in German and English
